The Approach

  • Utilized onsite/offshore delivery model to contain cost
  • Created HANA environment with R Integration / Predictive Analytics
  • Identified data sources and designed a data extraction strategy
  • Designed and built data models in HANA (SAP Studio)
  • Built sample data by converting transactional data structure to monthly snapshots
  • Performed data discovery and modeling, including data cleansing, derived variable creation, variable selection and data visualization
  • Developed predictive models to identify key drivers associated with a high/low probability of attrition and predicted those employee segments in a given time period
  • Developed model operationalization roadmap and transfer knowledge
